电脑装机市场也是，在民用领域，DIY的装机水平远比品牌机的高。
有的电子产品的官方售后也是，过了保修期（甚至没过），叫花钱换的不修。价钱高过民间修得很多。
手机厂家换电池也是如此。
地图软件bmap也是，做得比百度地图和高德地图好。
所以官方未必好，民营企业尚且如此，何况是官营企业。
