两方分离
在影院有出版方和播放室分离，美国以前是八大影院，也是出版方和播放室一体，这样就造成了播放室会打压别出版方的出版物。后来法律有了新增，要求两者不能是一体。华谊集团的冯小刚也公开吐槽自己的片在万达院线排片率太小，而华谊集团自己是没有播放室的。[1]
在医药界有医院和药房分离，这样医生开的药多了，跟药房的收入不挂钩，医生不那么喜欢多开药，开贵药。贵药是品质比容易不低于便宜的药，但是不是谁都适合。
我建议的是医生的开的药费与他的收入也剥离开，医生开多少钱的药就不会跟他的收入有直接关联了。
上点规模的企业内部有会计和出纳分开不是一个人，这样就不容易被财务人员贪污。新闻里就有过财务人员挪用钱去做别的事情的，有拿来自己挥霍的，有炒股亏了想补仓，我身边也有这种挪用炒股的。
垄断
李嘉诚曾经禁止竞争对手的车辆进入自己的地产业范围。
苹果公司推出语音助手（Siri）和自己开发的地图时，曾在商店（苹果默认只有一个商店）下架了对手讯飞语音和谷歌地图的app。
当当公司曾经通知供货商不给对手京东出货，否则停止合作。[2]
这个是需要反垄断法介入的。
腾讯做了和代理了许多游戏，而直播平台常需要直播游戏，而腾讯自己也开发了腾讯直播。腾讯投资了快手、龙珠、斗鱼、虎牙、映客、呱呱直播、bilibli直播、花样直播，这些都是最主流的直播平台，假设这些平台不让腾讯入股，腾讯因此就不让他们直播直接的游戏，就算是把游戏得到的分成给它也不行，那么腾讯就属于垄断经营了。

判决纠纷，除了法院，商界有商业仲裁机构，当两家企业签协议的时候，大家都同意以后如果双方有纠纷，让某一家商业仲裁机构仲裁，这家仲裁机构是民营的。双方认为找这种机构比找法院有利。
个人也有劳动仲裁、伤势仲裁、商品房实际面积大小等，争执的双方指定一家双方都认可的相关专业的仲裁机构，认定中立的结果。
