马克思认为的人人能随兴趣工作，让工作成为享受的不可能

（马克思的那个年代，有很多知识分子想通过“社会主义”来改变自己的国家，改变社会，在全球各地都是，在中国，最著名的是鲁迅。可以说包括马克思在内的他们有善良、正义的想法，为了社会利益放在个人利益之上，他们的人品是比很多人高的这点值得点赞。

但是方法有对、错之分，马克思的许多观点是错的，否则也不会实践了这么多年，现在全球近两百个国家当中，只剩下北朝鲜一个国家是实行马克思所要求的官营经济，其它国家都是变成了民营经济为主的经济发展模式。而且现在北朝鲜都准备经济改革，发展民营经济了。

本系列文章会分析清楚马克思的观点错误，和没有按照他要求的观点，经济改革后的中国、越南、老挝为什么经济好了起来。）

要求每个人都能按自己的兴趣工作，就等于要求每个人不感兴趣的工作都被某一个感兴趣的人或智能机器人替代掉，是否每一个人不感兴趣的工作能刚好被另一个人替代掉？

工作就像锁，能解开锁的只有对应的钥匙，钥匙要求不变化自身的形态，只插进去自己能解开（感兴趣）的锁里面，要做到恰好对接，能不能实现是个疑问。

很多人写的剧本想找人拍成电影，电影圈里有很多敲了几百个人的门，找人投资拍电影才成了的事，[6]如果人人写出来的剧本都能拍，而现实没有这么多人去看这些电影，如果真能有这么多人去看，投资人就投资了，而不用他们找得这么困难。而且投入那么多资源拍，而产出的价值少于原来的模式，也违反发展生产力、发展经济的原则。

在美国艺术专业就业率只有5%。[7]

企业需要通过互相良性比赛达到优升劣降[8]来维持产品的优秀，而企业里面的人就需要专业，而做不到来个新人就能上岗做得与几十年的老员工一样优秀。

所以人人随兴趣工作的形式，让工作成为享受这种完美的“主观”愿望，和“唯物主义”、“客观自然规律”、解放生产力、“科学发展观”和总体利益扩大化[9]的观点是矛盾的。
