（马克思的那个年代，有很多知识分子想通过“社会主义”来改变自己的国家，改变社会，在全球各地都是，在中国，最著名的是鲁迅。可以说包括马克思在内的他们有善良、正义的想法，为了社会利益放在个人利益之上，他们的人品是比很多人高的这点值得点赞。
但是方法有对、错之分，马克思的许多观点是错的，否则也不会实践了这么多年，现在全球近两百个国家当中，只剩下北朝鲜一个国家是实行马克思所要求的官营经济，其它国家都是变成了民营经济为主的经济发展模式。而且现在北朝鲜都准备经济改革，发展民营经济了。

雇员的道德是不是比雇主高？大型超市是个很好测试雇员人品的地方，因为物品容易拿到。
有一本基本中国各个官方图书馆都收录了的书叫《超市有贼》，作者是一名好保安，里面写了作者真实接触到的除雇主以外的各种人用非法手段占超市的便宜，都是有细节的实例。作者在序言就说：
外盗不过是国内超市损失的九牛一毛，其内部审核监控机制的不严、缺位才是损失的祸首。
如收货与送货人员内外勾结进行欺诈，发生一笔可能比100个贼偷得都多，员工发泄不满，有意或无意造成的残品、过期商品、滞销品，电脑操作员、收银员作弊，采购员受贿使供货商抬高价格，易腐烂物品周转，顾客挑选商品擅自拆包查看后弃之，开新店选址不当，施工装修不招标，设备吃回扣等。
据统计，超市利润的2％～3％被采购吃掉了，而我们国内超市的纯利润不过1％～3％。[3]
上市的大公司京东创始人刘强东，他从一穷二白的农村家庭出来，靠在大学读书期间兼职打工赚到的钱生存和创业时，同样遇到雇员贪污的情况，他在牛津大学赛德商学院说：
……于是我把餐厅买了，前台找了一个小姑娘在那儿收钱、点菜。那时候（我）还看了很多管理的书，（就把）复印联三联，要对得起来，这样后厨的菜和前面收钱的对得起来，然后把（对）采购也定了很多规矩。
（后来赚钱后把）所有员工工资翻倍，每个人送了一块手表。过去员工全部住在地下室，条件非常糟糕，不是人应该生活的那种条件。我把他们搬到六郎庄，租了三个院子，这样能看到太阳，有暖气、有空调，又建立了很多制度，我想员工一定对我非常好。
刚开始员工对我也很好，但是过了三个月之后发现亏钱，不但自己拿不了几个钱，发工资没钱，结豆腐没钱，买啤酒没钱。
那个时候我还在大四，还在上学，忙着毕业论文，所以没有太多时间，每个月就去两个小时。刚开始员工给我钱，后来就不断问我要钱。到了半年多的时候，我的钱也没有了，然后我就去调查发生什么了，最后餐厅一个老人跟我说了一件事情，他说“小刘啊，你这样开餐厅，永远是亏的，你家都亏没了。”我说为什么？他说收钱的小姑娘和后面的大厨谈上恋爱了，每天把餐厅收银的复印联一扔了，这钱不就不用交给我了吗？这样就查不出来。买菜的小伙子刚开始不断地涨价，当年的牛肉，最早是8块钱一斤，到6个月以后变成18块钱一斤，他还不过瘾，刚开始说6块钱涨到8块钱，8块钱涨到10块钱，涨到18块钱的时候，他还要贪更多的钱，怎么办？买5斤说10斤，买10斤说20斤。那几个餐厅的人天天在一块，关系处的好，分一笔钱，所以没人告诉我。餐厅吃饭喝酒一定要喝最好的酒，菜吃最好的菜，晚上我也不在，十点下班之后，每天晚上全体厨师、服务员要吃最好的，所以大概6个月时间，那个餐厅把我的钱就亏光了。
……我作为一个在校大学生，为什么第一次创业这么惨？把过去三年所有的积蓄都赔了，其实赚来的钱也不容易，没日没夜的，上学的时候也是几乎每天都16个小时上学、装电脑、看书、工作、学英语。

合作关系
两个人形成劳动合作关系，是一种正常的行为，原始社会就有，发展至今，比如农民因为各种原因（如病了或外出），忙不过来，需要增加人手，别人因为各种原因出售土地（如迁居和不想做农民了），另外一个人买了，耕作不过来，也需要增加找人形成劳动合作关系完成耕作，农忙时也特别需要人手，人类这种合作还包括请月嫂（比如原始社会生育）、保姆、厨师（学校包括政府都有）、警卫（保安）、司机，明星也需要与多人合作，如经纪人、助理、造型师、化妆师和摄影师。甚至我们日常购买商品也是背后有着无数人的劳动关系在里面，只不过买商品是买家一次性接触，不像打个出租车坐个一小会儿。
古人也请别人给自己读书，请读书人给自己讲解，帮助读书请书童，请老师教孩子，雇马夫，行走运输请保镖。
有了银行以后，钱存银行里，钱也成了资产，也要人保存和增值，都成了“资产（姐机）”。
自然界的动物也会群居，互相帮助，还有跨物种的动物互相帮助的行为。
雇主的财富，并非是从雇员那里获取的
雇主的财富，并非是从雇员那里获取的，而是从客户那里获取，证据是客户不给财富，雇主是无法从雇员那里获得财富的，因为雇员这时候也没有获得财富。相反，雇员可以看作为从雇主那里获取财富，因为企业透支状态下，如常常前期烧钱的互联网企业，客户给的财富不够企业的透支，但是雇员依然能从雇主那获取财富，如果企业经营不成功倒闭了，雇员并不需要回吐已经获得的财富，损失主要由雇主承担。
平时客户给出财富后，在除去成本后还有剩余的话，雇主（或董事会）和雇员按约定分得财富。如果雇主没有雇员等于（只有）自己当雇员，财富依然是自己获得，而雇员没有雇主，并不能获取到财富，除非他自己另起炉灶当雇主。
为什么企业雇员的工资比雇主低？
原因：

企业建立和日后所需的全部的资本都由雇主或股东出资建立，雇员如果没有出资，不享受此部分收益（如果要获得这部分收益之前的微博说过）。

企业扣除掉所有开支后有盈余后股东分红，没有盈余股东不分红。而雇员只要企业不破产每个月都被要求有工资。

企业经营最的经营方向和决策由雇主决定，此为企业能创造价值和生存的最重要的部分。

雇员放假不用关心市场，雇主一直关心市场。

雇主的专业知识和工作时间往往比雇员高。

雇员换工作容易，雇主让企业垮掉，重新开一家不同的难。

雇员犯法（如在牛奶里加三聚氰胺），雇主可能附法定责任和领导责任受法律惩罚，而雇主犯法，雇员不用受法律惩罚。

企业资不抵债破产，雇主负责偿还债务，雇员不承担这个经营风险，法人被债权方告上法院后进诚信黑名单，生活受限制，不还清债务无法再建立企业。

东北女企业家宋治平说：
我一年365天没有休息，从没有过一天全天待在家里。大年三十我上午会上班，下午在家。初一去走访老干部。
一年300多天，几乎有200多天是被叫醒的，睡到自然醒的时候很少。
- 雇主的心理压力也更大：
同样是宋治平说：
我对企业未来的恐惧，超过了负荷。创业越久，恐惧感越强。
企业发展到一定阶段的时候，就算遇到的瓶颈特别大，但其实你也停不下来。这就像你开车上了高速公路，停下来可能就意味着车祸。不可能停下来，只能往前走。
我很少有快乐，每天都被压力、焦虑、恐惧缠着。但这能体现人生价值，成就更多人，帮助更多人，让我的家人和员工都能过上好日子，我觉得虽然辛苦，也很值得。[8]
而对于雇员来说，企业不行了，呆得不爽了，要做的是换家企业。
创立华为公司的任正非他坦言自己的私生活是痛苦寂寞的：
我个人与任何（正负管院）没有任何私交关系，没有密切的工作伙伴；与中国任何企业家我没有往来，除了联想的柳传志、万科的王石，在20年中有过两次交往外；也没有与任何媒体任何记者有交往。我个人的私人生活很痛苦，非常寂寞，找不到人一起玩。和基层员工离得更远一些，为了公司能够平衡，我得忍受这种寂寞，忍受这种孤独。[9]
据调查，有49%的企业家人至少有一种心理疾病。近三分之一的人有两种或两种以上的心理疾病，如多动症、躁郁症、抑郁症和焦虑症。在那些没有心理疾病的企业家中，有一半来自有精神病史的家庭。[10]

商人职业与坏不坏无关
管仲
管仲当官前是商人，[11][12]孔子赞扬管仲：
微管仲，吾其被发左衽矣。[13]
管仲辅助齐桓公做诸侯霸主，尊王攘夷，一匡天下。要是没有管仲，我们都会披散头发，衣襟向左开，成为野蛮人了。
桓公九合诸侯，不以兵车，管仲之力也， 如其仁， 如其仁！
管氏而知礼，孰不知礼。
诸葛亮也经常把自己比作管仲：
亮躬耕陇亩，好为梁父吟。身长八尺，每自比於管仲、乐毅，时人莫之许也。惟博陵崔州平、颍川徐庶元直与亮友善，谓为信然。[14]

子贡
中国自古有儒商这样的称呼，《史记》记载：
子贡好废举，与时转货资……家累千金。[15]
子贡依据市场行情的变化做买卖，以成巨富。
《论语》也记载孔子说：
赐不受命，而货殖焉，臆则屡中。[16]
子贡不被命运摆布，猜测行情，且每每猜对。
孔子弟子子贡是孔子弟子里面的首富，孔子的收入完全不够支撑他周游列国，甚至是生活，那这些钱是哪里来的呢？可能就是子贡给的。（码颗丝）也是靠了很多恩格斯的资助。
孔子一行人被包围，快饿死，后：
“有是哉颜氏之子！使尔多财，吾为尔宰。”
於是使子贡至楚。楚昭王兴师迎孔子，然後得免。[17]
孔子听了欣慰地笑着说：“是这样的啊，姓颜的小伙子！假使你有很多钱财，我愿意给你做管家。”
于是派子贡到楚国去。楚昭王调动军队来迎接孔子，这才除了这场灾祸。
子贡还曾游说促使吴国伐齐国救孔子的老家鲁国。[18]
孔子死后，子贡悲痛万分，别的弟子守墓三年，子贡在孔子墓旁住下，守墓六年。[19]子贡晚年也像孔子一样开始教学，鲁国大夫子服景伯就是他培养出的优秀人才。
鲁国的大夫孙武公开在朝廷说：
子贡贤于仲尼。[20]
子贡比孔子贤。
鲁国的另一个大臣、孔子弟子陈子禽也说：
子为恭也，仲尼岂贤于子乎？[20]
《史记》也说：
七十子之徒赐（子贡）最为饶益，原宪不厌糟糠，匿于穷巷，子贡结驷连骑束帛之币以聘诸侯，所至，国君无不分庭与之抗礼。夫使孔子名布于天下者，子贡先后之也。此所谓得执而益彰乎？[21]
“端木遗风”便是指子贡遗留下来的诚信经商的风气，一直为后人所称颂，子贡于是被视为古代民间的财神。

王阳明是立德、立功、立言的圣人，从祀于孔庙，也有仆人，[22][23][24]被封特进光禄大夫、柱国、新建伯，隆庆帝时追赠新建侯。[25]肯定会被封有田地，[26]自然也就会雇人管理耕地。王阳明多次说商人与其它行业的人没有区别：
古者四民异业而同道，其尽心焉，一也。士以修治，农以具养，工以利器，商以通货，各就其资之所近，力之所及者而业焉，以求尽其心。其归要在于有益于生人之道，则一而已。士农以其尽心于修治具养者，而利器通货，犹其士与农也；工商以其尽心于利器通货者，而修治具养，犹其工与商也。故曰：四民异业而同道。

清代徽商吴鹏翔做胡椒生意，在汉口买了800斛胡椒，验货查出这批胡椒有毒，卖主唯恐奸情败露，央求吴鹏翔中止契约原价退货。
